Challenge
From June 2022, we have been communicating our employer brand to the Lithuanian market on “Thermo Fisher Scientific’s” global “Facebook”, “LinkedIn” and “Instagram” accounts. Our main task is to create natural, engaging content that helps “Thermo Fisher Scientific” improve its image on the labor market and attract qualified employees.
Actions
To ensure quality, we organize photo shoots and video content shoots that are planned and prepared according to global brand guidelines. To maintain the overall integrity of employer branding communications, we contribute to “Thermo Fisher Scientific” events by preparing communication visuals for stand design and promotional gifts.
Results
In the first 6 months of our work, we reached more than 300,000 individuals from a highly niche target audience and created the communication that generated the most engagement on “Thermo Fisher Scientific” global accounts.
