Challenge

Son De Flor is a Baltic linen dresses and other linen products brand, which operates exclusively online. This client came to us with a huge task at a very young age (1.5 years old) – to take care of all the digital performance of the brand and the related campaigns on “META” and “Google” platforms.

Actions

In more than 4 years of joint activity, we have developed a strong conversion channel strategy to expand the number of new customers and increase the lifetime value of loyal customers. These goals were achieved through social media, customer and email lists, online research, historical advertising data, multiple monthly advertising campaigns, recurring data analyses, general business development consulting sessions, and the creation of a marketing information center with advertising A/B tests. Advertising is carried out in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Results

In more than 4 years, with a full focus on digital brand performance, Son De Flor’s business has more than quadrupled in size and its annual revenue has reached millions. On average, 50-60 advertising campaigns per month worldwide generate a solid return on investment in both areas: attracting new customers and increasing the lifetime value of existing customers. During this period of close cooperation, hundreds of thousands of followers have been gathered, one million people reached and one hundred conversions optimized.
