CHALLENGE

The Klaipėda-based shopping center “Banginis” aimed to refresh its Facebook communication and create a new visual identity. The center focuses on functionality and quick shopping, meaning it lacks leisure areas that could serve as attractions. Additionally, “Banginis” does not run large-scale marketing initiatives, such as themed sales or events, nor does it produce visual content (photos or videos). As a result, one of the main challenges was to develop engaging communication despite limited content resources.

ACTIONS

To create the visual identity, we leveraged artificial intelligence o generate unique content aligned with the shopping center’s logo color palette. This approach helped maintain brand consistency and strengthen recognition. In our communication, we focused primarily on educational content, featuring the shopping center’s tenants to continuously inform the audience about the stores and services available at “Banginis.”

RESULTS

Since August 2024, we have been running consistent Facebook communication for the “Banginis” shopping center, utilizing reach-focused advertising campaigns. The results have exceeded expectations: the cost of reach campaigns is nearly half the market average, allowing us to reach 50–60% more people each month than initially targeted, effectively strengthening the Banginis brand position.
