Medicina Practica is one of the most advanced medical laboratory testing networks in the Baltic region. In the laboratory, the focus is on state-of-the-art testing technologies, precision, innovation, professionalism, and a special emphasis on patient care.
When creating communication for Medicina Practica, we face the challenge of standing out in the medical services market and clearly conveying that the services offered are laboratory tests, not clinical treatments. The communication goals are to increase brand recognition, awareness, and trust in the laboratories, attract new clients who become loyal visitors, and boost sales through the online store.
ACTIONS
For Medicina Practica, we create content that is both promotional and educational—providing users with interesting and useful health facts while showcasing the laboratory’s tests and special offers. Content is tailored according to seasonality and the most relevant tests for each time of year. Each month, we highlight special monthly offers, new tests, or testing programs, all integrated into a comprehensive communication plan.
We manage Medicina Practica’s social media advertising, running campaigns for both regular content posts and monthly offers on Facebook and Instagram.
Since starting with the client, we have developed a visual identity now applied beyond social media. Each month, we create advertising posters, LED screen adaptations, and additional physical promotional materials according to the client’s needs.
RESULTS
In collaboration with Medicina Practica, we developed a visual identity that is both recognizable and approachable for users, and adapted it for physical advertising materials.
Consistently created content helps increase brand recognition and awareness, and by leveraging advertising, we reach a hundreds-of-thousands-strong audience each month across all cities where the laboratory branches operate.
