Challenge
In January 2023, we started working with “Danske Bank” Lithuania on employer branding and image communication. Our main goal, and challenge, was to ensure a smooth and consistent tone of communication across various platforms such as “Facebook”, “Instagram” and “LinkedIn”, while developing and executing various campaigns for “Danske Bank” Lithuania.
Actions
In six months of work, we successfully implemented three different campaigns that were seamlessly integrated into their daily communications. In addition, we created and organized other activations: a photo shoot, an outdoor billboard and video production.
Results
In 6 months of working together, we have reached more than 1 million users on all three social media platforms. In addition, our targeted strategies successfully drove almost 70,000 users to the brand’s social media accounts and had a significant impact on “Danske Bank” Lithuania’s recruitment figures.
