Here, it’s not just about quality coffee—the atmosphere also matters: informal, cozy, and inviting for gatherings with friends or loved ones. Having worked with the brand for several years, we face a key challenge: how to remain continuously relevant to a youth audience that quickly responds to trends, values aesthetics, and seeks content they can relate to.
The goal is to create consistent, professional, yet lively and contemporary communication that reflects the brand’s youthful spirit, strengthens the emotional connection with the audience, and increases Caif Cafe’s visibility on social media.
ACTIONS
Based on trend monitoring and long-term experience with the brand, we create content that is not only informative but also engaging. Every month, we prepare a comprehensive communication plan, combining seasonality, current events, and the brand’s values.
