CHALLENGE

We have been managing Vision Express’ Facebook and Instagram communication for over two years—a long-term, strategic collaboration encompassing not only daily content creation but also overall communication strategy and visual identity.

ACTIONS

During this period, we created over 190 original posts and refreshed the Instagram profile grid to visually reflect the brand’s style and values. We also organized several photoshoots and Reels recordings, which helped showcase the services, their benefits, and the emotional connection with clients.

We developed collaborations with influencers, creating and implementing their integrations. During the winter-spring period of 2023, we handled the writing and production of Reels scripts dedicated to presenting services. The communication plan was further enriched with event promotion and included a LIVE broadcast with stylist Irina Sine, helping to establish a direct connection with the audience.

RESULTS

By consistently creating engaging, professional, and visually appealing content, Vision Express’ social media channels achieved impressive results: on average, the Facebook page reached around 290,000 users per month, and Instagram reached approximately 224,000 users. These results reflect both growing audience engagement and a well-chosen communication strategy.
