CHALLENGE

„Rebaltic” is a distinguished real estate agency in Vilnius providing top-tier residential and commercial property services. It is a market leader, completing more luxury segment transactions than any other agency in Lithuania.

When developing the communication, we faced a key challenge—how to present properties for sale and rent in an attractive and distinctive way while standing out in a highly competitive niche market. Our goal was to create communication that not only reflects the high level of service but also strengthens brand awareness, attracts new premium-segment clients, and builds long-term trust in the agency.”

ACTIONS

On social media for „Rebaltic”, we created consistent and visually refined content presenting properties for sale, rent, and successfully completed transactions. The communication followed an updated brand visual identity, adhering to strict aesthetic and stylistic guidelines in order to maintain a subtle sense of luxury and strong visual consistency.

In the copywriting, we combined professionalism with approachability, shaping a brand image that is both prestigious and open, building a stronger connection with clients. We also planned and managed reach and lead-generation advertising campaigns, ensuring that the content reached the target audience and generated real interest.

RESULTS

Over six months, we successfully integrated the updated visual identity of „Rebaltic” into social media and strengthened the agency’s digital brand presence. During this period, we generated more than 3,400,000 content views, reached an audience of several hundred thousand unique users, and recorded over 6,100 link clicks without any additional traffic advertising.

These results confirmed that strategically consistent, aesthetically refined, and clearly positioned communication can perform effectively even within the high-end real estate segment.
