CHALLENGE
PLC MEGA is one of the largest shopping and leisure centers in Lithuania, inviting visitors not only to shop but also to enjoy quality time with the whole family. Since June 2024, we have been collaborating on developing PLC MEGA’s social media communication on Facebook and Instagram. We are responsible not only for shaping the visual identity but also for the entire social media communication and advertising process.
The marketing of a shopping and leisure center is characterized by high intensity and often time-sensitive activities—promotions, events, and partner initiatives. Therefore, our main challenge is to ensure fast, accurate, and adaptable communication that responds to constantly changing circumstances, reaches the audience on time, and remains visible, easily recognizable, and memorable.
ACTIONS
For more than a year and a half, we have been consistently creating and developing PLC MEGA communication on Facebook and Instagram social media platforms. In our communication, we combine the marketing materials of the shopping and leisure center, real and authentic photography, AI-generated visuals, and organic video content. We periodically visit PLC MEGA spaces to film relevant video content, responding to seasonality and ongoing campaigns.
We have developed PLC MEGA’s visual identity and communication tone, which not only reflects the brand’s mood and personality but also helps it stand out in a competitive environment. Bright, eye-catching visuals attract attention, while a light and friendly tone of voice ensures the content is easy to read and relatable to the audience.
We also manage the social media accounts and plan and oversee advertising. The combination of content creation and advertising ensures not only consistent communication but also an effective distribution of marketing activities, contributing to PLC MEGA’s visibility and increased visitor traffic.
RESULTS
Consistent and strategically planned work has enabled the creation of a unified, recognizable social media communication aligned with PLC MEGA’s marketing objectives. In 2025, social media communication and advertising generated more than 17.7 million views and over 100,000 engagements. These results confirm that fast, relevant, and visually appealing communication has become an important channel for strengthening PLC MEGA’s connection with its audience and increasing the shopping and leisure center’s brand awareness.
